Went to Midland Last week just to get a new portable charger. Decided to get the 12ah pewerpack, took it to the counter and and did not have to wait in line that long, over heard a claim go through but all I could hear was kind words from Clarlize at the counter. When it was my turn Charlize recommended I get it with the wall plug as it doesnt charge good on other branded chargers, ontop of that it will make it more worth my money. Best decision I made as it works great, no issues with the products, Charlize was very knowledgeable with the sales that were on that day, very easy to talk to, knew where everything is on the store floor incase I needed anything else. Didn't push me to buy anything else that I didnt need at the time either. Very smooth process and experience at Midland 4wd supacentre last week.

What a great experience. Staff were super helpful and to capp it off we were lucky enough to win a prize that they had on the day. So easy to get good information and the pricing was excellent too. Definitely worth going to Miland 4WD Supercentre for all your camping/4WD setup.

I had to Work at Midland gate shopping centre to before I start driving on my holidays. Hoping my fridge in the back of Prado would keep going all day. 2pm just been up there to check. Been parked since 6am . I couldn't believe my eyes when I checked battery WOW my new solar blanket panels is working amazingly. 2nd Battery 🔋 is still Green 💚. Can't believe it. So fridge is still going properly. Yay

Not this specific locations fault but the company as a whole. Poor customer service and zero flexibility or willingness to help loyal customers. Bought an awning here 8 months ago and the bolts/brackets are already significantly rusted, which is already extremely disappointing. I am currently travelling alone and one of the brackets for the awning is mounted under my solar panels. It is extremely difficult and dangerous for me to uninstall this by myself, in a car park, as suggested by the team (I also have a bad back). Even though Australian Consumer Law states businesses must accommodate returns for items that cause 'significant inconvenience' or are difficult to detach, the customer service line refused to give me replacement bolts unless I took the whole fixture down and brought the rusted ones in first, despite having photos that THEY took of the rust, when I visited the store. I was simply hoping to get the replacements so I can replace them when I am able to get some help to do so, but have been told thats not possible. Absolute joke of a policy. Zero help, zero care for safety. I have bought a lot from kings but after this I'm not so keen to return.

The shop itself is exceptionally well-presented with great displays, always a pleasure to browse. While a previous visit had some service and stock issues, I'm delighted to say that they have clearly made significant improvements. My recent visits have been a completely different and much more positive experience. The counter service is now attentive and efficient, with staff readily available and acknowledging customers promptly. It's clear they've addressed the previous delays, creating a much smoother checkout process. Furthermore, it appears their inventory management has vastly improved, as I've found items readily available and information regarding stock accurate. It's fantastic to see a business take feedback on board and implement such positive changes. I now highly recommend this shop for its excellent presentation, improved service, and reliable stock availability. Keep up the great work!
