What an experience. James, Maddie and the team were just so helpful with advice on product selection. We literally bought a boot load of camping gear, a fridge and other miscellaneous items. They were so attentive and courteous. One of the best customer experiences ive had. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service at the Canberra store over the last few days. A special shout out to Olivia, who was the first staff member I encountered. She had a compassionate approach to my situation and patiently waded through the computer to assist. Also, a shout out to James. He also was patient and took the time to understand my issue. He thought and came up with a solution. I, and my family, will certainly be buying more items from the store to enhance our camping/caravan outings.

Fyshwick store. Joe is a legend. Looked after us with broken fridge and provided amazing service. The ladies (Olivia and Kyla) greeting us upon entry could not have been nicer and treated my 4 year old son amazingly. Great experience
