Alot of good buys!!! Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Every single one who i came across asked me if i needed an assistance. Will def go back here, esp this Spring/Summer!

Very frustrating experience. Drove in from Penrith specifically to get a fridge/freezer that was on sale. Turned out there are rotating sales and the price was for yesterday only. Current deal was essentially the same just with an additional accessory. Asked if it could be matched, sales rep spent a very long time looking and then just quoted me the listed items. So returned the other items and left. Just bizarre and frustrating experience. Edit; Updated to 5 Stars. My initial review was 1 star which wasn't fair but I was very frustrated. Jayden and Dave have gone above and beyond to assist me. And that is greatly appreciated.

Had buy 12v battery pack... must say hello product and hell customer service . Product NEVER TURN OFF. AND when I came to return they said its not fault and no refund or return . I shoot so many emails.and they don't bother to reply as well.. THINK TWICE BEFORE BUY BCZ THEY HAVE WORST POLICY . Costco have much better option with wider return policy .

Needed a new battery for camping accessories, Matt was super helpful explaining what the best options were for my camping style and existing set up. He went so far as to check out the set up in person to make sure it would work and be safe with the new battery type. Felt comfortable and learnt a lot from his knowledge and ability to explain it all. Had a chat with another staff member (didn’t get his name) but very knowledgeable and friendly without pressure to buy. Great experience cheers

Really pissed with my experience today bought a bag was overcharged as price was different on display instead of refunding they provide me with a store credit for the difference which means they were clearly wrong. Took them 30 minutes to provide with store credit which I did not asked for because they are not trained for that or too provide refund. What am I gonna do with store credit if I ain't gonna shop again what a joke. Learn your job or quit guys !! Additionally waited 15 minutes to serve as blokes were sitting on camping chairs and having a chat and could not bother. They reply thank you for your patience. Mate come on get serious. Check your cameras at 2:10 to 2:30.
