Alot of good buys!!! Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Every single one who i came across asked me if i needed an assistance. Will def go back here, esp this Spring/Summer!

Dropped into the store to grab a few bits for the rig and it was pretty hit and miss. Some of the floor staff didn’t seem overly interested felt like I was chasing answers more than I should’ve had to. Not much solid guidance unless you already knew exactly what you were after. That said, the blonde lady at the counter was solid, friendly, switched on, and actually put in the effort. The couple working there were also good value once they realised I needed help; easy to deal with and he clearly knew the products. They asked for a Google review so here it is. Stock was a bit lacking, but still a decent range overall. Customer service just needs more consistency, really depends who you get on the day.

🤬 UNACCEPTABLE! AN ABSOLUTE JOKE! I came in for a simple WARRANTY CLAIM, and what did I get? A 45-MINUTE, soul-crushing, time-wasting RUNAROUND! They directed me to MULTIPLE locations just to speak to some self-proclaimed "store manager" who was either SLOW, IGNORING the customers, or just straight up WANDERING THE STORE having casual chats with colleagues! I spoke to this person over the counter repeatedly, and yet they moved at a snail's pace, treating my valuable time like it was WORTHLESS! After that painful, agonizing wait—45 MINUTES OF MY LIFE I AM NEVER GETTING BACK—they finally delivered the punchline: "Oh, the product is not available anymore. Get store credit or call the hotline." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! They could have told me the item was out of stock in the first FIVE SECONDS! They had the information, but they chose to string me along and make me wait! This isn't just bad service; it's CONTEMPT for the customer! I will NEVER, EVER step foot in that store again! What a pathetic excuse for customer service! This was the WORST experience, and it could have been avoided with a shred of competence! Date: Sat, 13 December Time: 3.29 to 4.17!

I’ve shopped here 3 times now. Apart from the lady who served us the first time who was lovely, the 2 gentlemen who served me on the 2nd and 3rd time need to adjust their attitude. Simply miserable. I mean, if you hate your job then quit. Geez.

Very frustrating experience. Drove in from Penrith specifically to get a fridge/freezer that was on sale. Turned out there are rotating sales and the price was for yesterday only. Current deal was essentially the same just with an additional accessory. Asked if it could be matched, sales rep spent a very long time looking and then just quoted me the listed items. So returned the other items and left. Just bizarre and frustrating experience. Edit; Updated to 5 Stars. My initial review was 1 star which wasn't fair but I was very frustrated. Jayden and Dave have gone above and beyond to assist me. And that is greatly appreciated.
