Nice modern store, set up like a maze. Staff are fresh, not easy to find for help, very vague & flat when you enquire. Shocking car park set up. Could learn a lot on many counts from Coffs store & team. Nothing negative just nothing overly positive other than the products & pricing.

We wanted to go camping and all we had were a tent and a couple of blow up mattress.. Brought everything else we need from 4wd super center. Over the coming weeks. Never had a problem with customer service.. always happy to help and very knowledgeable

customer service is trash.. staff who aren’t trained on the products, I just bought the new solar panels on info that the new model has not changed in size, which unfortunately for me they have. Rang up to see if I can get the old panels shipped to my local store and was told no, if I wanted that panel I’d have to drive 8 hrs each way to get them. Awesome thanks.

These guys fitted me out with everything I needed to go camping off grid. And the service and knowledge was awesome! I ended up going there for everything after trying to get things from multiple other places, while trying to mix and match it all. Great quality too!
