I had a great experience in your Rockhampton store. Specifically with James a menber of your sales team. He was great. I bought a fridge and he went as far as delivering it to me in Gladstone because he was waiting for stock to arrive. We needed the fridge as soon as possible and het went out of his way to help me. Thanks again James. I will keep on supporting the Rockhampton store.

Excellent advice, staff care about their reputation over against make a sale. The assistant prevented a major catastrophic failure and fire risk by explaining my chosen product wasn't suitable. This has boosted my confidence with the KINGS stores. Top work.

I had a problem with my fridge, the staff at Kings looked after me and nothing was a problem. James took control he was great, fixed my warranty claim in no time. This is why I buy all my 4x4 gear from Kings and recommend them always. A big thanks to the staff at Kings especially James.

Very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient staff, James helped us with our spotlights. We purchased the 9in lethal pros and WOW they are awesome. The best spotties we have ever seen, and the price was brilliant too. Rocky is definitely the shop to go to.
