I had a great experience in your Rockhampton store. Specifically with James a menber of your sales team. He was great. I bought a fridge and he went as far as delivering it to me in Gladstone because he was waiting for stock to arrive. We needed the fridge as soon as possible and het went out of his way to help me. Thanks again James. I will keep on supporting the Rockhampton store.

Had the lovely pleasure dealing with Kim today. Always makes our visits amazing. Maybe try and get more stock in. Possibly work out click and collect and some who don't have pay later options possibly lay-by options be available. Thank you Kim

I had a problem with my fridge, the staff at Kings looked after me and nothing was a problem. James took control he was great, fixed my warranty claim in no time. This is why I buy all my 4x4 gear from Kings and recommend them always. A big thanks to the staff at Kings especially James.

Purchased an inflatable queen mattress from the Rockhampton store, among other things. Had the box on the counter. Once payment was made I discovered I had been charged for a deluxe mattress instead of the standard mattress at an extra cost to me of $97.76. I asked for a refund of the additional charge as that was not the box I had put on the counter to purchase. Was told the only way they can do this was to give a store credit that can be used at a later date. This “policy” is unfair to consumers in a time where every penny counts! If a mistake is made by the store person then every effort should be made to refund the purchaser. Look at your policies 4WD Supercentre, people, now, more than ever cannot afford to be denied a refund when the mistake is not of their own making.

Very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient staff, James helped us with our spotlights. We purchased the 9in lethal pros and WOW they are awesome. The best spotties we have ever seen, and the price was brilliant too. Rocky is definitely the shop to go to.
